The beautiful Wood Lily is found blooming all over Manitoulin in late June. I did this painting at Cathy Boyd’s Go Big or Go Home workshop (Perivale Gallery Summer Art Workshops 2018). This was a real stretch for me covering such a large space but once accomplished it will be hard to go small again. The painting is now hanging in the living room my daughter, Harmony. I intended it for her camp on Manitoulin but she thought it was good enough for home.
